It does not get any bigger than this, Arsenal vs Chelsea, at the Emirates – with the title up for grabs. José Mourinho will know that if his side win the next two games, they will be Champions for the first time since 2010. Being ten points clear at this stage in the season, it’s doubtful that we’ll go for the jugular, but history is written by the victor and in years to come it’s not our ‘bus parking’ people will talk about – they’ll talk about how it was our name on the trophy.
Potential threats
A duo worth in excess of £70million, Wenger has finally got his chequebook out and it has paid dividends. Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil have chalked up 22 goals and 9 assists between this Premier League season, which is all the more impressive seeing that the latter had a prolonged spell on the sidelines with a knee injury.
Alexis Sanchez needs no introduction, since signing in the summer from Barcelona he has hit the ground running. The Chilean has passed 20 goals in all competitions in his first season in England from the wing. One could argue however that he hasn’t been as effective in the bigger games this season and whether it be Branislav Ivanovic or Cesar Azpilicueta opposing him; he is going to have his work cut out.
Mesut Ozil, for me, is the best number ten in the world. Since returning from injury in January, Arsenal have won 14 of the 17 games he has featured in. Incredibly, Arsenal have NEVER lost a game at the Emirates when Ozil has played – but there’s a first time for everything.

Team news
It’s been a torrid few weeks for Chelsea with all three of Diego Costa, Loic Remy and Didier Drogba picking up injuries. Don’t fear though, we’re not set to see Branislav Ivanovic play upfront just yet; Remy is expected to be fit enough to start.
Per Mertesacker faces a late fitness test but it seems unlikely he will make Sunday’s game. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is also out, still recovering from a long-term groin injury.
Predicted lineups
One last thing
José Mourinho has never lost to Arsene Wenger. NEVER.
