UPDATE!
In a report from Turkish football, Fenerbahce have denied holding talks with the Brazilian. Fenerbahçe president Aziz Yıldırım has told Turksih football: “We have not made an offer or even an enquiry for Ramires,”
The Turkish club have raided Manchester for the services of Robin Van Persie and Portuguese winger, Nani. According to Adam Skinner of the Express, they could now look to Chelsea midfielder, Ramires instead of John Obi Mikel.
Various reports have linked the midfielder with a move away from Stamford Bridge, with Fenerbahce also reportedly interested in John Obi Mikel, whom also looks set to be on his way out of Stamford Bridge. The Brazilian is believed to be in the middle of contract negotiations with Chelsea, which could prove to be a stumbling block for the Turkish side. His contract situation could make Mikel the easier target.
Since arriving from Benfica, Ramires has been influential in the Chelsea midfield, with Jose Mourinho a big admirer of the 28 year old. He made a total of 23 appearances during the 2014/15 season, despite being hit by a number of injuries.
Should Chelsea cash in on Ramires now? Let us know what you think!
