Jose Mourinho could link up with a former Real Madrid player next season, according to Gianlucadimarzio.com.
According to the report, Napoli have offered Jose Callejon to Chelsea in hope that his addition can push a deal for Mohamed Salah over the line. Napoli have recently expressed interest in Salah after he impressed for Fiorentina during his brief loan spell last season. The player however is thought to prefer a move to AS Roma.
Mourinho worked with Callejon at Real Madrid before he moved to Napoli. The 28 year old made 38 league appearances last season and scored 11 goals. Along the way he managed 3 assists. Would he be a good addition to Chelsea?
Mohamed Salah is set to complete a move away from Stamford Bridge with just his destination yet to be decided. Roma’s director of football Walter Sabatini is thought to be working closely with Chelsea for a deal to land Salah on loan with a view to buy.
Let us know your thoughts? Would you take Callejon as a squad player?
