If these reports are believed to be true, Real Madrid are ready to make Eden Hazard the latest ‘galactico’ signing.
Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez has highlighted Hazard as the perfect contender to become Madrid’s latest addition, following his glittering career in the Premier League so far.
Since joining for £32m from Lille, Hazard has become Chelsea’s star man and guided the Blues to their first Premier League title since 2010 last season. The Belgium winger reaped the rewards as he was named Professional Footballers’ Association Young Player of the Year and Players’ Player of the Year.
The news comes as a surprise following Hazard’s poor start to the season, so far he has failed to make any major impact for Jose Mourinho’s side. Mourinho has previously put a £300m price tag over the heads of Hazard and Oscar when they were once reported targets for PSG.
