Chelsea captain John Terry is set to be recalled to the starting line-up against Southampton, according to the Daily Mail.
This will be music to Chelsea fans’ ears after a rallying cry for the club captain to be recalled to the starting line, following a string of woeful defensive performances.
Terry was on the bench against both Newcastle and the trip to Porto during the week, in both games it is fair to say, the goals that Chelsea conceded could have been avoided.

Chelsea fans made themselves heard in Portugal on Tuesday night, with the chant ‘we want our captain back’ and it looks like they will get what they want. Terry will reportedly captain the side on Saturday, taking over from vice-captain, Branislav Ivanovic.
After featuring in every minute of every game last season, Terry has not featured in the league since the club’s 3-1 defeat away to Everton.
