When you think of Roman Abramovich, you immediately think of his money and you wouldn’t be blamed for judging his character the wrong way.
However, he has shown just how nice of a person he is. Whilst on holiday on Marmaris, Turkey, he very generously tipped a local Turkish waiter who has been named as Selçuk Günay, after he helped Abramovich and his security team dock his boat in a nearby harbour, according to Turkish outlet, Daily Sabah

Abramovich tipped the waiter 2000 Turkish Lira which converts roughly to £450 and around $700. The boat, Eclipse is the second largest privately owned yacht in the world. Which has two helicopter pads, two swimming pools, a disco hall, movie theater and even two mini-submarines.
The waiter told reports that it is not the first time he has seen Abramovich, who visited the restaurant last year and claimed he is a very ‘modest’ man. He went on to say:
I could not understand that he was Abramovich when the boat approached the pier…As the day of the tip coincided with my payday, it was as if I got two paychecks.
Not a bad day at work then!
