Guus Hiddink has recently made some comments suggesting that a return to Chelsea Football Club could be on the cards for him in the future, according to the Daily Star.
The Dutchman, who is without a doubt one of the world’s best football managers, has a laundry list of accomplishments under his belt. One of those accomplishments was taking over Chelsea in 2009 following the departure of Luiz Felipe Scolari and winning the FA Cup while at the same time securing a top-four finish at the club in just six months.

Jose Mourinho has been on the hot seat in recent weeks at Chelsea, and there have been plenty of rumblings suggesting that the Portuguese’s job is in serious danger. Many are beginning to consider who Chelsea will turn to if Mourinho gets the sack.
When the potential vacancy of a manager at Chelsea was brought up by Voetbal International, Hiddink said:
Top-class football is always attractive, I’ve had some offers come my way recently, but there were no jobs I wanted to get into right away. We’ll see, we just have to wait now.
