Chelsea are reportedly scouting a young Danish striker according to the Guardian.
18-year-old Emre Mor, who is currently playing at Nordsjaelland and is widely expected to leave the club in January. Scouts have been sent to watch the striker this week and track his progression, whilst playing in Malta.
Mor will be playing for Denmark’s U19s in Malta. He has represented Denmark at U19s and U17s also.
Both Liverpool and Manchester United are also interested in the strikers’ services as well as the likes of Ajax and Borussia Dortmund. One thing attracting the clubs around Europe is the fact that the player is currently only on a part-time contract. Because of this, Mor would be available at a considerably cheaper.
Whoever wins the race to sign Mor would only have to pay a small compensation fee. Teams from the Premier League and Europe have already made contact with the players’ representatives and could seal a deal in January.
The striker scored these two impressive goals against Wigan’s U18s.
