Tottenham and England forward Harry Kane has insisted that Chelsea cannot be ruled out of the race for the top four just yet according to the Express.
Spurs have started the season very well and look like genuine contenders this season, with Chelsea’s demise in consideration. They are unbeaten since their opening day defeat, however, Kane still thinks that Chelsea (16th) can be in contention for a top four spot still.

Chelsea have already lost seven games in the Premier League this season and are currently below Norwich and Watford, two newly promoted teams, in the table after 12 matches.
Sitting in 16th and being 13 points behind the fourth spot currently, it does not look like Chelsea are going to turn it around anytime soon and Champions League football next season may have to depend on them winning the Champions League, which is looking unlikely at this stage.
Yet, Kane has said not to rule them out.
Obviously they’re not playing very well at the moment but I wouldn’t write them off.
They were champions last year for a reason. We’ve just got to concentrate on ourselves, try not to think about the teams around us. We’re playing very well, we’re got great belief and we’ve just got to keep trying to move up that table.
