Arsene Wenger has offered a word of advice to both Chelsea and Tottenham regarding their impending stadium moves, according to the Daily Star.
With both clubs looking to secure temporary homes whilst Stamford Bridge and White Hart Lane going under the knife and are redeveloped, Wenger says moving away from ‘home’ is a tricky move for the club and the fans.
Recent reports have claimed that the two teams could share Wembley for a number of years with Chelsea looking to move out of Stamford Bridge at the end of next season.

Tottenham are also looking into the possibility of ground sharing with MK Dons according to reports.
This is something that Wenger knows all too well. During the late 1990s, Arsenal endured a spell away from Highbury, which did not go too well on the pitch. The club played their Champions League games at Wembley.
The Arsenal boss said:
When you move into a new stadium, you have to feel at home, you have to feel that it is the right place for you. That is only created by the history that you build slowly through the games.
I still think it’s a little bit of a disadvantage, even for the fans, they do not feel completely at home, and that can transmit to the players. Looking back today, I say it was a handicap for us.
