Good news Chelsea fans! Thibaut Courtois is targeting a return to the Chelsea starting XI when they face Bournemouth on Saturday, December 5th, according to the Standard.
The Belgian goalkeeper has been out of action after suffering an injury against Crystal Palace. Asmir Begovic has stood in for Courtois since, and despite putting in a number of solid performances, has not been quite at the same level as Courtois.

Courtois took part in his first training session yesterday with the squad but only did light fitness work and did not use his hands at all.
The report suggests that Jose Mourinho could push Courtois to be match-fit and back in time for the London derby against Tottenham on November 29th.
However, the Bournemouth game is seen as more of a realistic target, meaning Courtois could be available for the final Champions League group game against Porto, which could decide who finishes top of the group.
