Despite his antics from the bench on Sunday against Tottenham, Diego Costa is likely to be recalled to the Chelsea starting line-up against Bournemouth on Saturday, according to the Guardian.
The Spanish striker was dropped to the bench in the London derby and Jose Mourinho decided to play with no recognised striker, Eden Hazard led the line instead.
Twitter erupted to the story that is being labelled as ‘bib-gate’ when Diego Costa seemingly threw his bib into the air after being told to warm up against Tottenham. The bib landed by Jose Mourinho, and it’s been claimed Costa meant to hit the Chelsea boss.
However, it did not look intentional. The striker is also unlikely to face any sort of disciplinary action.

Without Costa in the line-up Chelsea failed to create many chances against Tottenham. Mauricio Pochettino’s side limited the Premier League champions to just one shot on target.
Costa has scored just three league goals all season, his latest goal came against Norwich at Stamford Bridge.
