Chelsea fans have reportedly been promised the same seats they currently have at Stamford Bridge inside their new 60,000 capacity stadium according to the Daily Mail.
The Premier League champions have submitted the planning permission for their new look stadium and have added an extra promise to avoid unhappiness from local residents and current Chelsea fans.
Despite the ground being built from scratch, fans will have the opportunity to keep their current seat in the same stand they currently sit in when they attend Stamford Bridge.

During the planning stage, fan’s main concern was where their seat would be and it went to a vote. 93% voted in favour of keeping the same seats. As well as this, the fans will be pleased to know all stands are to kept under the same names in the new stadium as well.
Chelsea hope to move out of Stamford Bridge by the end of next season, with the new stadium expected to take around three years to complete.
