Jose Mourinho led training at Cobham prior to Chelsea’s big Champions League game against Porto at Stamford Bridge.

The Premier League champions must avoid defeat on Wednesday night if they hope to qualify for the next round. If they lose, they must hope Maccabi Tel-Aviv who are yet to a win a game, pull off an unlikely victory against Dynamo Kyiv.

Mourinho confirmed in his press conference that Ramires and John Terry will return to the squad from injuries, but Falcao remains sidelined.
