Blaise Matuidi is thought to be ready to leave France in the search for a new challenge and Chelsea are favourites to sign the midfielder.
According to the Telegraph, the French champions are willing to sell the midfielder, but a move is more likely to happen in the summer, rather than January.
Jose Mourinho is thought to be a huge fan of the player, who is known for his high work rate and physicality.
Matuidi has already appeared for the French side in the Champions League this season, meaning he would be ineligible to play for Chelsea, who ironically could meet PSG in the next round if he were to make the move.
The midfielder has been at PSG since 2011 after joining from Sainte-Etienne. He has 37 caps for France, as well as scoring six goals for his national side.
Matuidi would be a welcomed addition at Stamford Bridge, with Chelsea failing to find a suitable partner for Nemanja Matic this season.
