Atletico Madrid striker, Jackson Martinez is reportedly a target for both Chelsea and their fellow London rivals, Tottenham.
As reported by Steve Stammers of The Mirror, the Colombian has struggled to adapt to life at the Madrid side and manager Diego Simeone is willing to let him go out on loan for the rest of the season.
The 29-year-old is currently out with an ankle injury, but could be allowed to go on loan to England in the New Year.

He’s only managed to score two league goals so far this season but his record with Porto in 2014/15, where he found the back of the net 32 times in 42 games, shows that he has an eye for goal.
Chelsea are looking to add more firepower to their roster as Guus Hiddink looks to turn around a poor season while Tottenham are keen to bring somebody in to ease the burden on Harry Kane.
