Cesc Fabregas is reportedly a target for two Italian sides after a poor season with Premier League champions, Chelsea.
According to the Daily Mail, both Juventus and Inter Milan are ready to offer the Spaniard an escape from Chelsea.
Fabregas joined Chelsea in the summer of 2014 and starred for the club in their Premier League winning campaign. However, he has gone from hero to zero in the space of half a season.

The midfielder has been blamed by fans for Jose Mourinho’s exit from the club, with reports stating that player power decided ‘the special one’s’ fate.
Fabregas also struggled in Chelsea’s last home against Watford. After a poor first-half performance, he was substituted at half-time for John Obi Mikel.
Inter Milan are keen on Fabregas as they look to add strength in depth to their squad as they prepare for a return to Champions League football next season. Whilst Fabregas could be seen as a replacement for Paul Pogba who is constantly linked with bigger and better things.
