Despite announcing his intentions to leave Crystal Palace in January, Patrick Bamford is not part of Guus Hiddink’s plans at Stamford Bridge this season, according to the Telegraph.
Bamford announced yesterday his desire to leave Selhurst Park and now, Chelsea and Crystal Palace are in discussions to end the deal earlier. Thanks to a clause in the striker’s contract that stated he could leave the club if he hadn’t started 50% of the club’s games.
However, it may look like the 22-year-old will be shipped back out on loan as the Telegraph report that the striker isn’t believed to be in the Chelsea interim manager’s plans.
There is thought to be interest from both Norwich and Bournemouth for the striker who looks set for another loan move in the January transfer window.

Middlesbrough are also thought to be keen but the striker is hoping to secure another loan in the Premier League to prove himself at this level. The striker said:
Ideally I want to stay in the Prem and I think they are a few options to stay in the Prem so now it is about assessing which is best and we will go from there.
