Eden Hazard has reportedly decided to leave Chelsea at the end of the season after a torrid season at Stamford Bridge.
According to the Daily Mail, Hazard’s mind is made up and he has told his friends and family, he’ll be off during the summer.
This news follows what has been a disastrous season for Chelsea’s star man, he has failed to score a single goal this season. The Belgian has failed to rekindle his form from last season, where he managed to almost single handily drove Chelsea to the Premier League title.

The report suggests that Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are all interested in the winger, with the French side currently the front runners. Whilst Zinedine Zidane is also thought to be keen on bringing Hazard to the Bernabeu.
PSG could tempt him with a £45m offer, however, Chelsea are believed to value the Belgian at nearly double that amount.
In the report, ‘a club insider’ has given a quote on the Hazard situation and where it all began:
In his head he has already left. It would take some U-turn to keep him.
