Chelsea are reportedly monitoring the progress of in-form Watford striker, Odion Ighalo, according to the Mirror.
The Nigerian striker has taken the Premier League by storm since Watford’s promotion to the top flight and is attracting interest from across both the Premier League and Europe.
Ighalo has scored 13 goals this season, forming a clinical partnership with English striker, Troy Deeney.
The form hasn’t gone unnoticed, Atletico Madrid, Roma and Arsenal are all thought to be considering the striker as a transfer target.

Ighalo is one of the names on Chelsea’s scouting list over potential short-term options to arrive in January, however, Chelsea are looking at any potential deal involving the striker for the summer.
The striker has revealed he is happy to stay at the Hornets until the end of the season, but he also recently revealed that a move to Manchester United would be an offer he would find hard to turn down.
