Chelsea winger Pedro has spoken out about how tough he found it departing Barcelona when he joined the Blues last summer.
The Spanish international swapped life in his home country for Premier League football at the start of last season, in a deal that cost the Blues a fee of around £19m.
Defending the Premier League crown, the side from West London had an awful campaign which saw them finish in mid-table without winning a trophy and failing to qualify for a European tournament next season.

After his first season in England, that didn’t go as well as he probably would have liked, Pedro has spoken out about his memories at Barcelona.
Speaking to Spanish radio station Onda Cero, quoted by The Daily Star, Pedro said:
My chances at Barca were over and I had to make the decision. Of course I feel nostalgia from Barca, I have spent many years there. The first months in London are hard, you change the culture, language, time zone… it’s complicated.
Pedro then went on to discuss how he sees next year at Chelsea panning out, with their new manager.
I hope that everything bad I have lived this year will serve me to learn and keep improving. With the fans and teammates everything went very well and I have no complaints. Now with Conte there will be a reshuffle and a change in the team’s style. Hopefully it goes well.
