Griezmann was thought to be a target for incoming Chelsea boss Antonio Conte as he looked to bolster his attack for the upcoming Premier League season.

However, the move now appears unlikely with Griezmann committing his long-term future to the Madrid side.
Griezmann has put all the speculation to bed by signing a new deal to take him into 2021 with Atleti.
The 25-year-old is one of the most sought-after players in world football at the moment, having scored 57 goals in two seasons with Atletico Madrid since joining them from Real Sociedad.
The French international scored 32 goals last season, leading to speculation over his future but, he has now reaffirmed that his future is in Spain with Atletico.
This now means that Chelsea will have to move onto other targets.
