Atletico Madrid star striker Antoine Griezmann has sacked his agent and will represent himself in the foreseeable future amid interest from Chelsea and Manchester United, say the Mirror.
The former Real Sociedad forward has decided not to renew his deal with Spanish agency Grupo Santos and will now seek advice from his father, Alain, and mentor, Eric Olhats, as he considers his next steps.
“From now I’m going to operate without an agent,” he told French sports daily L’Equipe.

“But I will always have the advice of my father and also my mentor, Eric Olhats.” he continued.
In the summer following an impressive Euro 2016 campaign with France, Griezmann had offers to leave the Vicente Calderon but decided to pen a new long-term contract with the club, containing a release clause of €100m.
Manchester United sign Paul Pogba for a world-record £89m fee in the summer from Juventus, proving they have the financial firepower to force through a deal of that magnitude, but with the new TV money and Chelsea’s already incredible finances, they should be able to replicate it themselves.
