Spirits were high in the Chelsea squad following Saturday afternoon’s 2-0 victory over Hull City, as goals from Diego Costa and Willian sealed a much needed three points for Antonio Conte’s men.
The Blues needed to bounce back from two successive defeats in the league against rivals Liverpool and Arsenal and did so in relatively comfortable fashion after a nervous opening 20 minutes.
And following Chelsea’s final match before the second international break of this season, Eden Hazard stole the microphone from a Chelsea TV reporter to hear what goalscorer’s Willian and Costa had to say about the match and their strikes, in a brilliant post-match interview.

Willian’s attempt at dedicating his goal to his mother was quickly overshadowed by his fellow Brazilian teammate Oscar and fellow goalscorer Costa, who clearly thought the latter’s strike was a ‘Golazo,’ a term frequently used by football commentators across Europe and South America to describe a goal of a high quality.
Willian will be hoping to fulfil his promise to Hazard and dedicate his next goal to the Belgian in Chelsea’s clash with Leicester at Stamford Bridge following the international break. We think Hazard should conduct all of Chelsea’s post-match interviews in a similar fashion from now on.
