Chelsea could be set to spend big in the January transfer window, with Blues boss Antonio Conte reportedly preparing bids for four big signings.
According to The Guardian, Chelsea could spend upwards of £50million on AC Milan’s Alessio Romagnoli, Atletico Madrid winger Yannick Carrasco, Lazio’s Felipe Anderson and Kalidou Koulibaly of Napoli.
Conte failed in his attempts to land both Romagnoli and Koulibaly during the summer transfer window, and it has been widely reported on that the Italian will continue to pursue the pair of them and Leonardo Bonucci of Juventus in the New Year.

Romagnoli would cost upwards of £50million according to the report, whilst the paper also claims that Conte could be looking to strengthen his attacking options in the January transfer window.
The Blues are said to be interested in continuing their raid of Serie A stars with the report suggesting Conte could make a move for Anderson, before moving to La Liga to chase Atleti’s Carrasco, who is reportedly valued at £35million.
Nemanja Matic, meanwhile, has been linked with a move away from the club, and Conte could look to balance the books and ship him out should he chase the aforementioned targets.
