Antonio Conte looks set to let Cesc Fabregas leave on loan in January as he does not think the Spaniard is suitable for his system and style of play, as per reports.
Fabregas, who has been sidelined with a thigh injury in recent weeks, would apparently have not been in Conte’s plans even if he was fit and has not played for Chelsea since he was substituted during the 3-0 defeat to his former side Arsenal.

Conte is apparently very happy with how the Spaniard has been training and has no issues with his ability but with Chelsea now playing a 3-4-3 system, there isn’t really anywhere for him to fit in.
According to the reports, Chelsea are usually unwilling to subsidise a player’s wages when he is loaned out but they will consider paying some of £160,000-a-week wages as the board have decided that they do not want to continue paying him a full wage if he’s not playing.
