If reports are to be believed, Chelsea will monitor Alexis Sanchez’s contract situation at Arsenal.
The Chilean currently has 18 months left on his current deal at the Emirates, which has resulted in rumours about his future at the club.
He and Mesut Ozil are both running down their contracts and demanding huge wages, which would force Arsenal into breaking the bank and restructure their wage budget.
The Telegraph reports that Chelsea will monitor the situation and could move for the forward if things don’t improve for him at Arsenal.
The Chilean has starred for Arsenal in a striker role this season, while also impressing in wide areas during the earlier stages of his Arsenal career.
No contact has been made between the two clubs as of yet, but it is being reported that Chelsea want to pair him and Costa together.
