Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas is being targeted for a January move by AS Roma according to Italian daily Il Tempo (h/t talkSPORT).
Fabregas has been in and out of the Chelsea side this season, making just two Premier League starts this term and nine appearances in total across all competitions.
it has been reported that the former Barcelona and Arsenal star could be available to leave on loan in January, with West Ham amongst clubs that are said to be interested in a potential move.

Antonio Conte has not been inclined to make major changes to his starting eleven this season with Nemanja Matic and N’Golo Kante established a the starting midfield pair.
Eager to make some midfield improvements, Roma want to bring in Fabregas if Chelsea are willing to sell him during next month’s transfer window.
With Chelsea leading the Premier League and looking comfortable, you struggled to find many incentives for Conte to allow Fabregas to leave the club.
