Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic is in talks with Zenit St Petersburg about the possibility of a move to the Russian club, as per a report from the Mail.
The 32-year-old has found himself well down the pecking order in recent months and with his chances of featuring much between now and the end of the season, Anotnio Conte is seemingly ready to let him leave.
Ivanovic’s contract is set to expire in the summer but Chelsea are happy to let him leave for free in this window, and Zenit have already made their move to sign him.

Numerous clubs, including Everton, Leicester City and West Ham, are all reportedly interested in signing the Serbian international but Zenit are the side currently discussing terms with him.
According to the report in the Mail, the Russian side are willing to give him a three-and-a-half year contract and for a 32-year-old, that stability could be too good to turn down.
