Chelsea missed the opportunity to go 12 points clear at the top of the Premier League as they drew 1-1 with Burnley on Sunday afternoon.
The Blues visited Turf Moor, a place that many teams have gone to and struggled this season.
Sean Dyche’s men set out to sit back and frustrate the Blues and they did just that throughout.
Chelsea did, however, take an early lead through Pedro, who opened the scoring inside the opening 10 minutes.
Burnley did not panic from there though and equalised through January signing Robbie Brady. After Nemanja Matic gave away a foul in a dangerous area, the Irishman did not waste the chance.
His brilliantly placed curling free-kick put Burnley back on level terms as they continued to frustrate the league leaders.
Despite bringing Cesc Fabregas, Willian and Michy Batshuayi on from the bench, the Blues were unable to break through the resilient Burnley defence.
