Chelsea are preparing to give Belgium international and Chelsea winger Eden Hazard an improved contract to keep him away from Spanish superclub Real Madrid, according to the Telegraph.
The Belgian, who has been instrumental in putting Chelsea ten points clear at the top of the Premier League table, is set to be rewarded for his sparkling form and performances throughout the current Premier League season.
The report suggests that the player has told his friends that he will remain at Stamford Bridge next season, handing the Blues a huge boost.
The 26-year-old signed a £200,000 a week contract two-years ago but is more than likely to be offered a significant increase to secure his services at Stamford Bride.

Hazard’s performances this season has made himself Real Madrid’s number one target this summer, with Zinedine Zidane reportedly a huge admirer of the 26-year-old.
Despite the Frenchman’s admiration of the winger, Chelsea are confident the former Lille attacker will remain at Stamford Bridge.
