Chelsea have enjoyed a quite simply stunning season and look to be on course for another Premier League title victory, but some players have stood out more than others.

The Belgian international has been in scintillating form for the Blues under Antonio Conte this season, flourishing out on the left wing in the 3-4-3 formation that the Italian has deployed for the majority of the campaign.
Hazard scored his 14th goal of the campaign against Bournemouth yesterday in Chelsea’s impressive 3-1 victory at the Vitality Stadium, and has also racked up a respectable total of five assists from out wide.
Now there’s a real directness to Hazard’s play. He’s more efficient. He’s getting in areas to make goals & score goals.
The tricky winger will now look to help Chelsea in consolidating their position at the top of the table.
