A win away to West Bromwich Albion on Friday evening will secure Chelsea’s fifth Premier League title.
The Blues travel to the Hawthorns knowing three points will assure Antonio Conte will win the Premier League in his first season in charge of the Blues. If the Blues fail to beat the Baggies on Friday, they know they have two other opportunities to claim the title; with two games at home to Watford and Sunderland remaining.
The home side are enjoying a good season. West Brom currently sit in 8th place, only one spot below a potential European spot. Unfortunately, they are too many points off Everton to play in continental competition next season.
Chelsea and West Brom have already met once this season. Diego Costa scored the only goal of the game as Chelsea overcame a very impressive West Brom side at Stamford Bridge in December.
Ahead of Friday’s fixture against West Brom, we take a look at the Baggies and see what threats they could pose to Chelsea.
