Marco Van Ginkel is seeking a move away from Stamford Bridge and is locked in talks with Dutch side PSV Eindhoven, according to reports.
The Dutchman, 24, has spent the second half of the last two seasons on loan at PSV and is looking to make the move permanent to gain some first team football.
Van Ginkel has struggled to make an impact at Stamford Bridge, making only four appearances for Chelsea after moving to the blues from Vitesse in July 2013.

The ex-Dutch international has spent the majority of his time at Chelsea away from the Bridge on loan. He first moved to AC Milan on loan in the Summer of 2014. His time in Italy was mostly spent on the injury table, but he still managed to play 18 times in an AC Milan shirt.
Van Ginkel was then loaned to Stoke City, where he struggled to make an impact. His loan was cancelled, and he was then loaned to PSV for the first time.
There were rumours Van Ginkel would return to PSV on loan last Summer, however, an injury prevented this. Once he was fully fit, he was loaned to PSV where he played out the remainder of the season.
