Tammy Abraham, the man who was firing in goals for Bristol City last season, has now signed a new five-year deal with the Blues and moved straight out on loan to Premier League outfit Swansea.
The highly-rated teenage striker has now become the Swans’ second signing of the summer as confirmed on their website.
After bagging 26 goals for Championship side Bristol City, he was linked with a number of teams recently, including newly promoted Newcastle.
The 19-year-old has just returned from the European Championship, where the England U21’s reached the semi-final. Abraham is sure to find the same consistent game-time at the Liberty Stadium that he finds on an international level.
Abraham is one of many shining stars in the Chelsea squad that will get a loan opportunity this season and for many, they will prove beneficial in ensuring they reach their potential.
Chelsea fans will be eagerly waiting to see how Abraham gets on in a Swansea shirt this season.
