It was a hugely disappointing campaign in La Liga for Granada last term but Boga impressed with some standout displays, despite their relegation.
The forward currently has two years remaining on his current deal with Chelsea, but the club are looking to tie him down for longer.
The plan is claimed by Foot Mercato to be for Boga to pen a new deal with Chelsea and commit his future, before being loaned out once again in order for him to build up his experience and return to London next summer an improved player.
Championship clubs are cited with interest, while a move back to La Liga could be possible for Boga.
