Nathaniel Chalobah is looking set to leave Chelsea this summer, with Watford closing in on a permanent deal.
According to a report from the Mirror today, the Blues midfielder discussed his future plans with Antonio Conte recently. Chalobah is keen to be playing consistent first-team football as he looks to progress his career.
However, Conte is said to be unable to give the young midfielder these assurances and this could lead to a summer exit.

Chalobah is certainly one for the future and looks to have a lot of potential, but it’s not looking as though he’ll realise this with Chelsea and will now seek a permanent move away.
It’s claimed in the report that the Blues will demand a fee of just £5m to begin with, but “significant” additional bonuses are likely to be a part of the deal.
Chalobah enjoyed a successful loan spell at Watford in recent years, and will be keen to secure a move early on in the window.
