Amidst heavy speculation surrounding his future, Chelsea midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah is set to hold talks with the club next week – according to the Mail.
The news comes after it was reported that the England U21 international was poised to sign for Watford for around £5million.
With Chelsea touted with a move for French midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko, time for the Englishman is likely to become even more limited.
Since breaking into the first-team with the Blues after a number of loan spells away, Chalobah has received little game time – making just 14 league appearances, four of which with Burnley.
Chalobah will enter the final year of his deal at Stamford Bridge this summer and it remains to be seen if the club will table an extension. It is even claimed that the 22-year-old may be willing to see out his contract and move on for free next year.
