Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma is set to sign for Premier League side Stoke City on a season-long loan.
According to the Daily Mail, Stoke have fended off interest from a number of clubs to clinch a deal for the highly-rated stopper.
The report claims that Zouma left training to hold talks with Stoke and is ready to complete his loan move to Mark Hughes’ side.
However, the caveat for Chelsea is that Zouma will sign a new four-year contract first.

Zouma will put pen to paper on a long-term deal to commit his future to the club before joining Stoke for a season of first-team football.
Antonio Conte clearly sees him having a future at the club and is keen to keep hold of Zouma in the long-term.
Tammy Abraham recently completed a similar move. The striker signed a bumper contract before signing for Swansea on a season-long loan.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek also completed his temporary switch to Crystal Palace earlier today.
