With Chelsea set to welcome Alvaro Morata to Stamford Bridge in a club-record deal from Real Madrid, Antonio Conte is again focussing on bringing in another full-back.
The Blues have been chasing Juventus star Alex Sandro for a number of weeks now and are no closer to securing the Brazilian’s signature.
However, Sandro, who seems keen on a move to the Premier League with Chelsea despite interest from PSG in recent times, must request a transfer in order to force through a £60m move according to David Amoyal of the Gianluca di Marzio group.

Speaking to ESPN, Amoyal reveals that Chelsea have submitted a new bid for Sandro during talks between the two clubs regarding Nemanja Matic:
When Juventus inquired about Nemanja Matic, Chelsea took the opportunity to request Sandro, only this time they increased their offer to €70m.
But the current Serie A champions turned down the significant proposal and after already losing two defensive starters in Dani Alves and Leonardo Bonucci, it’s not likely that they would let the former Porto left-back leave.
Chelsea’s remaining hope is that Sandro pushes for a move despite Juventus’ intention to offer him a new contract with a salary in line with their top players.
Having allowed Dani Alves and Leonardo Bonucci to leave, Juventus are unwilling to see a third member of their Serie A winning defence leave the club this summer and will continue to block an exit for Sandro.
If he were to request a transfer, however, that may force Juventus to reassess the situation and a move to Chelsea would be on the cards.
