Chelsea are considering whether or not to make an offer for Everton midfielder Ross Barkley.
According to the Telegraph, Chelsea have a strong interest in Barkley and are weighing up a bid for the talented attacker.
The report claims that Everton are demanding £50m for Barkley, whilst the player himself is said to want £100k-per-week in wages.
Barkley has already been ruled out for the start of the season after he underwent surgery for a hernia injury.

The England international will be out of action for four weeks but will be back before the transfer window slams shut at the end of next month.
Barkley scored six goals in 39 games for Everton last season, featuring in 36 of the club’s 38 Premier League matches.
The 23-year-old has been at the club for 12 years – since he was 11 – and has amassed 179 appearances for Everton in that time.
The report also claims the club are considering a move for Arsenal winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
