Premier League champions Chelsea have emerged as a potential destination for Welshman Gareth Bale as the London club weigh up a £90m move for the Real Madrid forward, according to a report on the Express.
The forward is at risk of being offloaded by the Spanish La Liga champions as they look to fund a move for Monaco striker Kylian Mbappe.
The Spanish club are keen to balance the books before making a big-money move for Mbappe and by selling Bale, they will not be at risk of breaching Financial Fair Play rules.
Manager Zinedine Zidane has till no stated that he wants to keep Bale but now feels that there is a chance that he could leave the Madrid club this summer.

Bale himself has stated that he is happy at the Spanish capital but Zidane doesn’t want four big name players fighting for only three positions.
Frenchman Karim Benzema is expected to be offered a new contract at the club which puts Bale’s position in the starting XI at risk.
Antonio Conte is desperate to strengthen before the transfer window closes and is looking for 3 or 4 more signings. The Blues have the spending power to match an other club’s approach for Bale, with Manchester United interested in taking the Welshman to Old Trafford.
