AS Monaco have reportedly made an enquiry for Chelsea striker Diego Costa.
It’s claimed by French news outlet RMC Sport, as cited by GFFN tonight, that the Ligue 1 champions are interested in signing the Chelsea outcast, but have also lodged similar enquiries for other top Premier League players.
Twitter: Monaco have made enquiries for Alexis Sanchez (Arsenal), Diego Costa (Chelsea) & Anthony Martial (Manchester United), according to RMC. (@GFFN)
Costa is looking poised for an exit in the near future given his breakdown in communication and relationship with Blues boss Antonio Conte. However, he appears to have his heart set on a return to Atletico Madrid.
The Spanish international wants to reunite with Diego Simeone in La Liga, but has recently claimed that Chelsea are pricing him out of his preferred move.
AC Milan have been linked with Costa in recent times too, and it looks as though Monaco are the latest side to take a keen interest in landing him.
