Chelsea appear to be closing in on a move to sign Danny Drinkwater from Leicester City.
According to the Telegraph, the Blues are pressing ahead with talks to sign the England international in the final week of the window, and could seal a deal worth over £30 million.
Leicester want to take £40m from the sale of their midfielder, but Chelsea are claimed to only be offering £25m. However, a compromise could be reached in the coming days, with Antonio Conte keen to land Drinkwater before the window slams shut.

The Foxes are understood by the Blues to be keen on retaining Drinkwater but with Chelsea an attractive proposition for the former Manchester United youngster, they are actively searching for a replacement in the middle.
Chelsea have already landed Tiemoue Bakayoko to bolster their midfield after the sale of Nemanja Matic, but it looks as though Conte is keen to add another alternative option in Drinkwater.
