It is claimed that Chelsea have ironed out a fee with Arsenal and are now set to complete the signing of Oxlade-Chamberlain before the end of the window.
The transfer window slams shut at 11 pm on Thursday, with Chelsea reportedly looking to push through three more deals.
Chelsea are set to pay £35m for Oxlade-Chamberlain, who has one year left on his current deal at Arsenal.

The England international has rejected a number of contract offers from Arsenal, with the latest thought to be worth £180k-per-week.
Antonio Conte is looking to strengthen his wide options, with Oxlade-Chamberlain being lined up to play the right wing-back role.
Swansea forward Fernando Llorente is thought to also be on Chelsea’s list of targets.
