Chelsea star Eden Hazard has been discussing his relationship with manager Antonio Conte.
The Belgian international is set to feature for the Blues for the first time this season at the weekend as he continues to step up his recovery from injury.
Hazard has featured prominently during the ongoing international break, with Roberto Martinez having taken a somewhat risky decision to include him in his squad as he looks to regain fitness.
Conte’s future at Chelsea has come under scrutiny in the last couple of months but these rather speculative claims have been put to bed, with the Italian having enjoyed a largely positive start to the Premier League season.
Quoted by Italian news outlet Di Marzio, Hazard had this to say about the ever passionate Chelsea boss.
I have a great rapport with him, he transfers his energy to us and he is one of the best managers in the world.
We laugh and joke together, even though I cannot call him a friend as that would be unprofessional.
Conte and Hazard will both be keen to help Chelsea throughout the course of the campaign as they look to retain their Premier League title.
