It has been argued that Chelsea are lacking some depth in the attacking midfield areas and they have been linked with a January move for PSG midfielder Javier Pastore.
PSG broke the bank to sign Neymar from PSG in a world-record £199m deal back in the summer and the fallout would require the Ligue 1 giants to offload a number of players to help comply with FFP regulations and balance the books.
One of the players who has been made available for transfer is Pastore and reports suggest that the Argentina international can leave PSG when the January transfer window opens up for just £26m.

Pastore left Palermo for PSG in 2011 for a reported £37.8m and he’s been a constant in the side through their rise back to being an elite European club, scoring 42 goals and providing 54 assists in 237 appearances to date. Able to play in a central or attacking midfield role, as well as a wider role in an attacking three, Pastore is also wanted by Liverpool and Inter Milan in January.
