Eden Hazard has seemingly rediscovered his best form in recent weeks which has only continued to spark rumours linking him with a transfer to Real Madrid.
The La Liga side have been chasing Hazard dating back to his Lille days but the Belgian attacking midfielder remains committed to the cause at Stamford Bridge.
Madrid, who are a bit off the pace this season, slipping below their exceptionally high standards, want to make some major splashes in the transfer market and Eden Hazard is high on their wishlist.
With Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale being linked with sensational returns to the Premier League, Madrid want to splash the cash on their replacements and are eyeing three Premier League stars.
In addition to Hazard, reigning Golden Boot winner Harry Kane and Manchester United’s Player of the Year last season David De Gea are both wanted by Los Blancos, while Antoine Griezmann is also on their radar.
