Chelsea are reportedly keeping a close eye on Bilbao Athletic youngster Gorka Guruzeta.
The promising attacker is currently plying his trade in his homeland of Spain, and is catching the eye of several clubs across Europe with some energetic displays up top.
It’s claimed by Info Fichajes that Chelsea, along with London rivals Tottenham Hotspur, are tracking Guruzeta’s progress.
The 21-year-old is held in high regard by those at Bilbao, but could look to take advantage of his contractual situation to seek a move elsewhere. Guruzeta’s deal at the club ends at the end of the season, leaving him free to join interested suitors.
Guruzeta has already notched four goals for Bilbao Athletic this season, and has established himself as a hugely promising talent in the recent couple of seasons.
The powerful attacker would be a versatile option for potential suitors, given his ability to play up front or on the left hand side if necessary.
