Long-term Chelsea target Yannick Carrasco is set to be allowed to leave Atletico Madrid in January as reported by Soccer Laduma.

Carrasco has been a real star for the club in recent years but has struggled to get a sustained run of games so far this term.
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte was keen on Carrasco during the summer but Atletico wanted to keep the player. However, Chelsea are now looking to make a move for a player out of favour.
Atletico boss Diego Simeone has reportedly fallen out with the player and would be open to allowing the player to leave the club in the upcoming transfer window.
Bayern were also interested in a move for the player but the player favours a move to London with Chelsea as he looks to reignite his career.
